Talent.Com is actively looking for a Marketing Manager.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to communicate our products’ value to our target audience and develop strategies to attract new prospects and customers.What you’ll do:Gather all market information, conduct competitive research and identify best practices; Create and facilitate B2B content collaborations with partners, industry experts and other external stakeholders; Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns; Plan, schedule, and distribute day-to-day tasks of a multidisciplinary team, ensure deadlines are met, set KPIs for long-term projects; Create and leadour B2B content strategy, produce sales and marketing tools (e-book, social media, and emails), and lead regular optimizations based on the results; Take part in brainstorming sessions about marketing content; Manage and oversee all B2B engagement channels strategies; Manage and maintain vendors relationships; Assist in ad-hoc requests to support initiatives from other departments.What you bring:You have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, including sales and marketing; You studied inMarketing, Communications or another related field; You have strong communication skills in English (written/spoken) & ideally, you are bilingual (French/Spanish is a plus); You have knowledge of Agile methodology with Scrum certification; You have strongcollaboration skills and experience working with remote teams; You think outside the box and come up with new ideas all the time; You love to take on new challenges and show initiative; You define yourself as a very organized person; You’re open tofeedback and know how to adapt accordingly; You’re curiousand keep up to date with the industry’s best practices and new emerging trend; A passport fullof stamps.What we Offer:An inspiring and friendly atmosphere where you will be working with a team of passionate and youthful people; International reach; Competitive salary; Free gym in the building; Generous vacation policy; Flat and transparent organizational structure; Free coffee, fruit basket and snacks; Frequent corporate and networking events (virtually in times of COVID-19).
