It’s wanting all aspects of your life to reflect your beliefs, including your finances and your career.You’re invited to make a difference as a full-time Senior Personal Lending Manager at our head office.Banking with PurposeAs our new Senior Personal Lending Manager, you’ll develop credit policy and credit products, introducing technological change to support credit and pricing decisions.  Most importantly, you’ll be instrumental in helping us find new ways to help others.Much of your work will involve understanding market trends and needs, overseeing the personal and residential loan portfolio.  You will use your market knowledge and credit skills to coach and mentor personal lenders.More specifically, you will:* Understand market trends and needs* Develop credit policy and credit products* Introduce technology to support credit and pricing decisions* Adjudicate credits* Lead initiatives to share your expertise with staff and senior management* Coach and mentor personal lenders* Monitor credit reviews and quality assurance* Oversee compliance with regulatory and market requirementsThis is a brand new and important role in our organization, working closely with our VP Credit Strategy and Underwriting.
