Who We AreAs part of a new division of Namaste Technologies, we are a well-funded “day zero start-up” focused on the premium health and supplement category (non-cannabis).Initially focused on the US market, we are a “digital-first” customer experience with a heavy presence on ecommerce and partner marketplaces.

Currently, in stealth mode, we’re an independent team building out a new product and shopping experience from the ground up.Who You AreIf you’re passionate about health, wellness, supplements (including nootropics) and want to support and fuel amazing humans all across the world we want to speak with youAs eCommerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and scaling our ecommerce channel from the ground up.

This individual will develop strategic plans for D2C and pure-play ecommerce retailers, ensuring our value proposition and brand promise are communicated successfully.This role will be the second hire in a new Ecommerce department that will set the stage for exponential growth for the business.

This role reports to the Director of Ecommerce and has no initial direct reports.

This role is 100% remote in Canada or the US (the West Coast time zone is preferred).

If you’re excited about being part of a startup that’s just getting ready to launch, and part of a public company, we’re excited to speak with youResponsibilitiesCo-develop and project manage the Ecommerce roadmap and go-to-market ecom activitiesCoordinate with UX Design and development teams on sprint planning, managing the backlog and performing UAT/QAPrimary analyst of Hotjar, Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Tag Manager, etc tasked with creating Google Data Studio dashboards and providing core ecommerce reporting to stakeholdersPartnering with internal key stakeholders and external agencies to conceptualize and launch our .Com storefront; ensuring a tailored, best-in-class experience that clearly communicates our value proposition and product offering while making it easy to purchase.Drive PLP/PDP, Cart-to-Checkout health by utilizing data to drive insights/decision makingDevelop and deploy merchandising strategies to include selection, pricing, promotion, product display, product information, on-site search and inventoryCollaborate with the wider marketing team to plan and execute the promotional strategies by building landing pages and activating promotionsSurface opportunities to increase repeat customers, reduce churn, and increase AOV and conversion rate.Edit and upload all ecommerce content, building products, collection pages, copying photos and writing product copy as needed.

Management of all Shopify Apps including reviews, loyalty, subscriptions, SEO, URL redirects.Bonus: Set up and manage our 3rd party Marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc) Experience & Skills5 year of experience managing a Shopify store required (Shopify Plus preferred)2 years of experience with project management2 years managing ecommerce Marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc)Detail-oriented, highly organized, and you care about the small thingsPassion analyzing data and creating narrative (SQL experience preferred)You shop A LOT online and are constantly in the know on great ecommerce experiences.We thank you for your interest in employment opportunities at Namaste Technologies.Please note, only the candidates who are selected for an interview will be contacted.
