Manager, Talent Acquisition is a strategic partner to the business, providing recruitment support and advisory in all aspects of talent acquisition and talent strategy.

You will lead full cycle recruitment for PC Financial and Services corporate roles, across Technology, Risk, Marketing, Product and Operations.

You will build outstanding relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a highly competitive market.

You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle and be an expert in coaching, negotiating, closing and advising both candidates and hiring managers across the recruitment lifecycle What You’ll Do: Lead full cycle recruitment in a high volume, fast paced environment supporting base business Effectively partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to define recruitment needs, talent profiles and recruitment strategies Develop an effective strategy to attract and recruit for ‘hot skills’ roles (Technology, Analytics) within a highly competitive and saturated market Identify gaps using data and leverage insights to influence decision making or solutions Identify opportunities to further recruitment process excellence, through process improvements such as templates, interview guides, scorecards or technology adoption Build excellent relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, to coach, advise and influence hiring decisions and establish best in class hiring practices, to attract a diverse and dynamic talent pool Lead, develop and measure employment branding initiatives, in partnership with enterprise employment branding teams to build a world class colleague value proposition Partner with recruitment peers across the business, to coordinate virtual recruitment events Oversee campus recruitment by partnering with the Campus Recruitment team in building strategies to attract early talent and increase conversion to hires Lead onboarding with new hires and campus hires, biweekly, in partnership with HR Coordinator Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support overall business objectives Build and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs and determine optimum sourcing strategies Develop recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive overall accountability and efficiency What You’ll Need: 5 years of experience in recruitment within a corporate environment preferably experience within FinTech Post-secondary education equivalent to a diploma or degree in HR or a related field Strong understanding of “leading market” sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods; effective at identifying and sourcing passive candidates; strong direct sourcing.

Familiarity with Boolean search strings.

Ability to effectively manage a corporate portfolio consisting of 15 vacancies/requisitions at one time Well-developed advisory skills; effective influencing and conflict resolution skills Ability to pay close attention to details and maintain accurate records Proficient computer skills to produce effective reports, documents and presentations Exposure to an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferably Workday Tactful and diplomatic; demonstrates discretion and business acumen; able to work with diverse personalities and work styles Proficient at prioritizing tasks and multiple priorities Strong communication skills and effective negotiation skills How You’ll Succeed: At Loblaw, we seek great people to continually strengthen our culture.
