We are looking for an Estate Manager to oversee and autonomously set the stage for a family with a luxurious, fast-paced lifestyle by upholding and consistently delivering a prestigious day-to-day experience.

This is a highly unique role requiring an individual with a rare combination of intense detail orientation and extremely high-performance standards.

With a purpose-driven approach to life, there is a high need for perceptual diligence and strong intuition to empower the family to enjoy each and every moment.This role is responsible for managing the family estates, supervising all household staff, overseeing the everyday activities of the family, coordinating contractors/vendors for property management, and managing luxurious events.Family Care Drive children to and from school Be responsive to family members’ varying needs (i.E., grocery shopping, other errands) Ensure the dog is walked and cared for Household organization (i.E., maintain wine cellar, organize closets, general cleaning/care for fine items, laundry/dry cleaning)Property Management Day to day management and supervision of 2 residences to maintain the pristine condition Manage an entire team of support staff Identify maintenance needs and manage all repair projects Answer to emergencies (i.E., medical issue, water leaks, alarms, etc.) Perform tasks within the estate such as light cleaning, tidying/organizing, gardening, etc.Administration and Events Full planning and management of private and social events at the residences Administration of the estate including bookkeeping (i.E., receipts, bills) and budget control Answer phone and door; manage and monitor all household inventories and deliveries Submit brief weekly reports reporting activities completed and status updates of various projectsRequirements Minimum of five (5) years similar work experience or experience in the hotel/hospitality industry Ability to lead, manage, develop a team, as well as, have teamwork spirit, diplomacy, and tact Must always keep a professional demeanour, maintain confidentiality and act with discretion Must have an agile mindset and flexibility in the working hours with the ability to handle last-minute changes Must have a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving recordWhy Join?
