MMGY NextFactor has an immediate opening for a remote Project Coordinator reporting to our Vancouver, BC office.

This position will provide primary support to the Senior Management Team with project management and business development functions, and will also provide administrative support to the Operations Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

The successful candidate will work directly with our internal team and clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Duties will include: Assisting the consulting team with project management functions and processes Developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables Monitoring progress and making project adjustments as needed Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders Coordinating staff and internal resources Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager as required Provide business development support as required Skills & Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who takes initiative, solves problems and enjoys working as part of a cohesive team.
