The scope of your work will depend on your licensing; if you’ve got your general insurance, life, and mutual funds licenses, you’ll have a lot of fun! If you don’t have all of these, no need to worry—we’ll help you get there.In this role, you’ll be a valuable problem-solver for our existing customers while using your natural networking skills to introduce us to new customers as well!What sets our team apart is our service-orientation and mindset. We currently offer a hybrid model of working 2 days in-office and 3 days remotely, which helps us maintain focus and positivity while still enjoying flexibility and feeling safe. We want you to have a good work-life balance, so if you’re working in the evening, you’ll have the flexibility to start a bit later the next day.We offer a competitive base salary, along with uncapped commissions and a benefits package. On-target earnings are typically between $50,000-$80,000, but the earning potential is truly unlimited! We also pay for any of your license fees, compensate further certifications, and have other fun perks. This is your incubator for earning, learning, and both personal and professional growth.Our team is small but close-knit. Before the pandemic, we’d often celebrate success with team lunches, enjoy cakes for birthdays, and sing “happy birthday” off-key together.
