YOUR FIRST YEAR DELIVERABLES Participate in the identification of technical issues in the network and the deployment of solutionsSupport the introduction of new product into the networkEstablish strong collaboration relationship with all the parties involved (internal / external) in order to collect and communicate information on technical issues.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Engage in discussions with the dealer network on a regular basis to maintain a strong connection with them.Develop and maintain technical expertise on the products under his responsibility.Monitor and analyze information gathered from the global dealer network.Be the key reference in terms of product knowledge within the global dealer network.Communicate the technical issues to the Product Performance & Quality team on the products under your responsibility.Orient and communicate problem-solving strategies with the dealer network.Inform the Regional Service Representatives of the technical issues and their solutions through the creation of content and internal / external communications.Collaborate and support with frontline teams as a Global Product Specialist in various projects.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Technique or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or mechatronic engineering.Five (5) to seven(7) years experience in motor sport.Essential oral and written bilingualism (French / English).Strong communication skills (written and oral)AnalyticalOrganized, structured, rigorous, and able to set priorities on a regular basis.Ability to work under pressureExcellent level of autonomyProject management skills.Relational competence, ability to exert influence and leadership.Significant interest and passion in recreational products and motor vehicles.Comfortable with traveling on demandAble to adapt to various time zone meetings AN EXCEPTIONAL AREA!
