Position Summary As a Staff Clinician, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.

If you are looking for a company that is constantly moving forward in pursuit of successful outcomes, get ready to love it here Hours of Work: Permanent Full time, 37.5 hours/week What you’ll be doing
• Deliver EFAP services virtually and potentially in-person in our Calgary Downtown office, including confidential counselling, case management and direct clinical services
• Receive case assignments and complete case progress notes
• Develop service plans which outline a specific plan of action with each client under regular consultation
• Deliver solution focused brief therapy and complete comprehensive psycho-social assessment on clients as needed
• Participate in in-house training
• Provide flexible evening client hours, minimum two nights per week
• Afterhours crisis calls support from the Client Services Centre What we’re looking for
• Masters in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or other related discipline
• Must hold valid registration with the relevant provincial governing body
• Minimum of 3 years counselling experience
• Experience in brief solution-focused counselling
• Knowledge of assessment, crisis management and EFAP services is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, French is a definite asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
