How will you make an impact?

You will provide primary support for monitoring, evaluating, assessments and implementation of raw materials and packaging components vendor changes at the site.

You will act as Project Manager for critical vendor initiated changes and ensuring required tasks are completed on time.

The secondary emphasis is to represent Procurement in RAPID assignments and to manage Vendor responses in relation to required quality investigations for the site.

What will you do?

Essential Functions: Monitors and evaluates the supplier changes in TrackWise including evaluation of the information received, tracking vendor change notifications, assessing completeness of information, contacting vendors for additional information as required.

Assesses site impact and issue change controls in TrackWise.

Proactively communicates major vendor changes to procurement, business managers and project managers.

Initiates changes including tracking.

Collaborates with various internal departments to ensure timely closure of all assigned actions in Trackwise.

Monitors implementation of change to ensure readiness timelines are met to meet production requirements.

Prepares and monitors Project plan and implementation timelines for vendor critical changes.

Represents procurement at site RAPID events, discuss material quality concerns related to vendors.

Communicates quality issues to the vendors and requests CAPA to close out internal investigation.

Inputs vendor escalations into Tracelink and work closely with Corporate Supplier Performance Management team and vendors to close each escalation.

How will you get here?

Required Qualifications: Diploma in Business or Supply Chain management is an asset.

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience within Quality/Manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience working with vendors to resolve quality issues is required.

Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Project.

Experience with SAP and purchasing software Proficient in Quality systems.

Experience with Trackwise system is an asset.

Equivalency : Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel u2013 VLOOKUP, pivot tables, PowerPoint).

Organized with well-developed time-management skills.

Works well under limited supervision.

Proficiency with the English language.
