Quantum Scholars works within a UK government funded and supported program helping state secondary schools throughout south east England to recruit science teachers from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Jamaica. It provides a unique opportunity to certified middle/high school science teachers across Canada looking to teach in England.

The program works directly with the Department for Education and has been successfully running for four years.

A financial rewards benefits package is also on offer to candidates. Flights to England will be reimbursed up to £700 (approx $1200 CAD)!

Not only will you have the opportunity to teach in England, you will receive outstanding subject-specific Continued Professional Development and ongoing support from a school based mentor.

We are looking for middle or high school trained science teachers who specialise in physics, chemistry or biology.

Support will be provided during the relocation process including assistance in obtaining a visa.

Science teachers also have the opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of current science pedagogy prior to starting their teaching position.
