We are looking for new voices to help us connect the world to work.Talent.Com is actively looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer.As a Legal & Compliance Officer you will ensure the organization is compliant with international data privacy regulations and be the central point of contact for legal matters between the company and its lawyers.What youll do: Write and review documents, contracts, agreements and terms of service; Continuously research legal resources such as articles, codes, statutes, judicial decisions and more, in order to stay up to date on all current laws and make legal recommendations: Regularly analyze the actions and decisions of the company in order to identify problem areas, suggest alternative courses of action and mitigate risk as much as possible, especially with regards to data privacy laws; Liaise with lawyers for all kinds of questions and be the single point of contact within the company regarding legal matters; Brief colleagues on legal issues, potential liabilities and possible courses of actions; Monitor data management procedures and compliance within the company; Participate in meetings with managers to ensure privacy by design at all levels; Ensure we address all queries from data subjects within legal timeframes (e.G.
