Could this be you?If you’re an inquisitive person with strong communication skills, and a high level of empathy and concern for others, this could be your next role.Quality Practice CoordinatorYou will assist in the day to day management of the CRTO Professional Development Program to ensure this program is carried out, and that the effectiveness of this program is maintained.You’ll provide professional practice guidance to CRTO staff, members, and external stakeholders and answer inquires, utilizing your own seasoned expertise.  You’ll identify the learning needs of our members related to professional practice issues and will collaborate to design overall learning strategies to support them. Your role will encompass:* Day-to-day management of all aspects of the CRTO’s PDP (i.e., RelevanT eLearning Module, Launch RT Jurisprudence Assessment, and the PORTfolioOM.)* Coordinating the recruitment, training, and assessment of PORTfolio Peer Assessors* Developing, in collaboration with the Deputy Registrar, the annual Launch and RelevanT modules* Responding to practice inquiries from Members, external stakeholders, and the general public* Ongoing review and revision of the Professional Practice Guidelines (PPGs), Position Statements, fact sheets, as well as other guidance documents* Providing administrative support for the CRTO’s Quality Assurance Committee and Internationally Educated Healthcare Professional (IEHP) programYou’ll succeed in this role if you exhibit a high degree of the following:* Communication skills – you bring clarity to complex situations, have good listening skills, are good at presenting and can adjust your style to suit the situation and the audience.* Organizational skills – you are a pro at planning ahead.  You understand that productivity is all about efficiency and time management, and you always get the most out of your day.* Positivity – you see problems as challenges to overcome, and lessons to learn.* Collaboration – you enjoy coming together on a common goal by thinking and offering various perspectives to provide solutions.This role is perfect for someone who’s interested in being deeply involved in every aspect of our professional conduct portfolio. You’ll mostly be working virtually Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm, coming to the downtown Toronto office 1-2 times a month.
