To support our growth we are seeking an experienced Pooled Funds administrator to manage the overall Pooled Fund Program within Raymond James Investment Counsel (RJIC), the IFM and PM for our internal pools and to assist Raymond James Correspondent Services (RJCS) in servicing the pooled fund requirements of RJCS customers.

As a key member of the RJIC and RJCS team, your contributions will be important to the success of client relationships and the success of our business as a whole.

Working with internal and external stakeholders, the role is to coordinate the administrative support to both existing pooled funds and co-ordinate the addition of new pooled funds on our platform.

Specifically you will assume responsibility for: Weekly NAV strike reconciliation and approval with external fund administrator (Weekly/monthly); Weekly sub-advisor purchase review in managed accounts; Weekly sale/purchase review of pool and approval of receipt or wire issuance to RJL Pooled Funds wire team and external fund administrator; Pooled fund expense tracking; and SGGG records review follow-up Monthly NAV strike; Monthly distribution review and approval; Authorize payment to external fund administrator based on expense invoice; and Authorize payment to external fund administrator for systematic plans and distributions.

Quarterly Purchase review to ensure qualified purchasers; and Approve and review any quarterly distributions Annual/Semi-annual Annual and mid-year financials review and prep work with SGGG and BDO; Tax filings and prep work; Client distribution of tax slips; and Audit assistance.

Ad-Hoc Coordinate Pooled Fund Launch internally and externally; Coordinate with PM team and internal staff on in-specie transfer (if applicable); Respond to queries from external fund administrator on a variety of topics including tax and transaction reporting; and Assist with the conversion of existing externally custodied pools to the RJIC platform (task management, co-ordinate with relinquishing pool custodian, and arrange account creation and transfer).

To qualify for this opportunity you possess:  Experience in administration of mutual funds or private pooled funds; Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and tasks; Strong organizational, administrative and multi-tasking skills; Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills; Ability to exercise tact and discretion as well as handle confidential information; and Meticulous attention to detail.
