We’re Innovative Fitness, a boutique style fitness facility that provides high level personal training to all clientele, located at Blanshard St. and Cormorant St. We’re the world’s largest specialized personal training company, with over 20 years of experience.We believe that gyms don’t change lives, but personal trainers do. Our success in this space has led to growth, and now we’re looking to add another Certified Personal Trainer to our close-knit team.Certified Personal Trainer:As our new Certified Personal Trainer, you’ll help our clients maintain a healthy lifestyle through creating and delivering personalized workout regimes at our facility. You’ll answer questions from clients, address concerns, and make suggestions to help them reach their fitness goals. You’ll have the chance to continue learning about health and fitness, and you’ll also enjoy the satisfaction of sharing your knowledge with staff and members, every day.Practically speaking, you will:* Train new and existing clients interested in increasing their fitness levels, and meeting their health goals, and organize events for clients when necessary* Run private personal training sessions at our facility with 1 or 2 clients at a time based on our schedule* Utilize your knowledge of the human body to create custom workout regimes for clients* Provide clients with safe exercises that they can perform in the gym as well as at home* Speak with members about their goals and recommend personal training programs that are suitable for their needsYou’ll be perfect for this role if you:* Have a positive attitude – you love jumping into the action, and making clients feel at home at the gym.
