Position Purpose The Property Management Specialist delivers exceptional service through effective support of sales and operational activities for key property management accounts for the overall division.

This incumbent will be responsible for executing operational processes, driving sales strategies, collaborating with internal partners, partnering with external accounts and identifying new processes that bring value to the account.

This Associate will work closely with Contractor Services Senior Leadership Team and other cross functional departments and stores as related to various projects and processes.

Responsibilities: Coordinate project management on key accounts to ensure accuracy and follow-through Project manage and coordinate the implementation of selling and process changes related to the Property Management business Support existing and identifying new process; including operational development, system enhancements to stakeholders and ongoing support through full integration and steady state Develop job flows and supporting documentation for key initiatives Develop or assist with the implementation of policies and procedures to bring value and efficiencies key selling processes and support Identify and take a leadership role in areas for process improvement resulting in excellent customer service and overall profitability Development, coordinate, update and track key steps in the quoting, selling and fulfillment aspects for key accounts Lead and direct change management across functional groups by communicating change initiatives and coordinating efforts associated with the sales process Experience / Knowledge Required: Internal Candidates: Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements (M, Meets expectation, Consistently demonstrates).

Strong knowledge of Contractor Services, business to business sales, and the retail industry and Property Management Industry Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience (including sales, professional contractor, business operation, and special service and/or merchandising experience in the home improvement industry.

Proficient in Microsoft computer programs Strong communication skills both written and oral Requires highly developed interpersonal skills for dealing with sensitive or controversial situations.

Typically faces situations that are unstructured and may require original thinking and approach for developing a solution.

Ability to partner with various levels of the business (including stores, field and management teams) Ability to be self-directing and work independently Organized with proven ability to multi-task Project management experience an asset Bilingual French/English an asset Ability to travel 10% of the time Thank you for applying to The Home Depot Canada.
