We are looking for like-minded people who can share our passion for success We are looking for a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) who has the right mix of technical prowess and business savvy and can confidently find, select, resource and win new business opportunities.This person will be primarily responsible for supporting customer’s technical needs around power and analog products.

Other qualifications include intermediate-to-advanced level experience using Excel and PowerPoint office tools and can quickly become competent on CRM and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Oracle, Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI.

This person should be a self-starter who can prioritize their activities to maximize Design Wins and Sales Revenue around the electronic component products and services they support.

This person should be conscious of the value of the opportunities they are driving and provide appropriate levels of support and resources with a effort to maximize sales revenue and design wins.

The ideal candidate will be able to quickly respond and support our salespeople with their customer’s technical issues while also finding and driving new opportunities on their own.

The ideal candidate should be able to quickly learn the company’s sales support systems to confidently search for new leads to pursue with or without the responsible account manager.

What You’ll Be DoingSpending a majority of your time in front of customers to influence component selectionIdentifying solutions and resolutions to customer design needs and issuesMonitoring your metrics throughout the quarter and taking corrective action as necessaryPresenting technical seminars and workshops around your supplier linesProviding frequent updates to field sales and being a motivating force around your supplier linesAssisting with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Meeting with suppliers to review recent customer design activity and identify compelling solutions to promote with those customers What We Are Looking ForAt least 5 years experience in the areas of power and analog designBachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of studyExperience with micro-controller units (MCU’s)A strong ability to multi-task and can pursue best outcomes when confronted with ambiguityA team player who has a strong desire to drive and achieve resultsA technologist who enjoys working with people and coordinating activities that drive business resultsGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to be creative and resourceful as necessary to secure customer meetingsIntermediate-to-advanced level experience using Excel and PowerPointQuick learner with respect to the tools and resources provided and supplier’s product portfoliosLives in the Bay Area What We Offer at Arrow:At Arrow, we are driving innovation and choice by offering employees a variety of benefits designed to keep you and your family physically and financially healthy.
