**Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities**• Inform client/carrier/business of any pickup or delivery related exceptions.• Schedule delivery appointments• Invoice Discrepancy Resolution• Issue/discrepancy resolutions, implementing solutions to prevent repeat occurrences.• Special projects and tasks as required.• Carrier load discrepancy follow-up and resolution• Management of shipment/load status and follow-up/resolve• Communicate with carriers/cross docks/ DC’s to provide overall visibility of activity.• Access and update multiple systems with relevant information.**Knowledge and Experience Requirements**• Experience in Transportation Supply Chain procedures and practices• Intermediate level computer skills in Excel, Gmail, Word, and Transportation Control Systems• Ability to work with volumes of data and manipulate it to achieve the desired result.• Must be organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines.• Ability to work in fast paced environment.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Able to work independently and is resourceful.• Able to prioritize workload.• Resourceful – able to prioritize workflow.• Strong attention to detail• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)• Excellent time management skills• Punctual and reliable
