We have a great position available in downtown Montreal, teleworking offered Our client is looking for a Legal Assistant for a mandate of a few months.

A competitive compensation is offered Apply now YOUR ROLE As a Legal Assistant, you will support the in-house legal department of the company.

Your responsibilities will include: Prepare, draft and revise various legal documents; Write and edit correspondence and follow ups; Prepare files, conduct research, prepare summaries, and conduct preliminary analyses of case-specific information; Update the minute books, prepare and draft various resolutions and other relevant documents; Manage paper and electronic filing, follow-up, organization and opening of files; Monitor the budget and expense accounts of the Legal Affairs Department; Manage the lawyers’ agenda.

PREREQUISITES DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other equivalent training and experience; Relevant experience as a legal assistant in a similar position; Good level of bilingualism, spoken and written; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Organizational and priority management skills; Autonomy, versatility and team spirit; Flexible work schedule.
