Marketing Automation Specialist (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

What is the opportunity?

The Marketing Automation Specialist will act as a subject matter expert to ensure end-to-end delivery of email communication to Wealth Management clients and advisors.

The successful candidate will maintain a campaign calendar and work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, develop email templates, filter audiences and deploy messages within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

The role requires an understanding of marketing automation best practices including CAN-Spam and CASL laws.

Through optimization and A/B testing, the candidate will continually improve the Wealth Management email experience to a best-in-class standard.

The role is accountable to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Technology.

You will manage relationships with marketing partners in different areas of the bank and deliver a high level of business performance, employee engagement, and a superior client experience.

What will you do?

Develop and QA email templates with dynamic content ensuring they render correct across defined email providers and devices Segment audiences in data extensions using AMPscript Schedule and deploy email campaigns and journeys Maintain reporting metrics and dashboards, troubleshoot ad-hoc deliverability issues Develop and QA email templates with dynamic content ensuring they render correct across defined email providers and devices Maintain a campaign calendar with stakeholders What do you need to succeed?

Must-have Experience in a relevant capacity and 1 years of experience specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms Experience with email development using HTML and ampscript Understanding of CASL/CAN-SPAM/GDPR requirements What’s in it for you?
