Responsibilities: Support the development of Marketing automation strategy understanding business priorities Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the Marketing department CRM systems (Pardot and Salesforce) and integrated platforms Manage the system creations for lead nurturing, marketing analytics, campaign development and setups Assume ownership for daily hands-on work including email workflow builds/sends, landing pages, dynamic content, A/B tests, list imports, database management & QA, segmentation, deliverability and report on recurring or adhoc campaigns Collaborate with sales on marketing automation enhancements & templates Leverage lead attribution and lead scoring tools to improve MQLs and SQLs Work with content team to develop email campaign strategy and utilize A/B testing for success Be accountable for supporting the implementation and optimization of TI SEO strategy Regularly perform detailed keywords research, analyze search trends and provide insights and opportunities for TI that will deliver the SEO commercial and strategic goals Review technical SEO issues, such as including site architecture, URL structures, and recommend fixes with web team & content team Collaborate across various teams to ensure new pages and projects are optimized for search from the moment of launch Support our content team for content ideation, development, design and delivery.

Develop appropriate metrics for SEO related projects, measure against goals and build the necessary reports to communicate performance Help design SEO experiments, test tactics for additional opportunities for organic growth Support implementation of SEO recommendations through contentful CMS on the website Build thought leadership for SEO across marketing & non-marketing stakeholders by communicating 101s or learning sessions to continuously improve SEO knowledge across the board Effectively use data and analytics to support strategic and tactical initiatives and the creation of project plans Work with the web team to define the website optimization & testing strategy Support content team with insights relative to develop content to foster SEO and customer engagement Support Performance marketing manager to execute campaigns across SEM, Social & Programmatic channels Provide cross channel insights(Email, SEO, Paid Media) to improve strategy & results for Paid Media regularly Improve site engagement and visit to conversion metrics through optimized customer journeys based on data insights and qualitative research (present research) Develop and implement a CRO roadmap and A/B testing calendar.

Road map – what do we test, hypothesis Collaborate with Performance, UX and Website team members to optimize site and landing pages for search and increase lead quality.

(web site optimization) Measure the success of campaigns using Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Analytics, Data studio and Gsheets Report on funnel metrics on a regular basis (Traffic, Engagement, MQL, SQL, Lead to Opportunity, Closed, Won, Lost) Support in building processes, dashboards and reports for end-end tracking & optimization EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will be well versed with the nuances of Digital Marketing, has experience with Marketing Analytics, Paid Media, SEO, has worked on various marketing automation projects, has demonstrated experience in collaborating with multiple teams to achieve results and is able to define and clearly communicate the strategic direction.

Persistent and have bias-to-action with a track record of performance Proactive and enjoy coming up with new ideas and can explain your rationale 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing , lead generation preferably in a multi-channel B2B sales-oriented Bachelor’s degree in Business /Commerce or equivalent Experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in SEO and digital content strategies and execution.

Critical analysis skills for making/positioning data driven decisions Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables Meticulous eye for detail and results focused A natural ability to understand and connect with the consumer’s point of view and journey Google Ads Certified additional Google or Facebook, Linked in, Adobe, Pardot/Salesforce Certifications are ideal Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, react with urgency and reprioritize as needed, to ensure all objectives and project deadlines are met Nice to have: Experience with SEO Tools including Ahrefs, Spyfu, SEMRush or similar industry tools Solid understanding of Google Search Console in order to inform and make data-driven decisions Solid understanding of Email marketing & relative laws (CASL, GDPR, CCPA ) Technical experience and knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript a bonus Advanced proficiency in web analytics and conversion optimization methodologies/tools Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar Strong knowledge of various marketing automation software platforms and technologies (e.g.

Pardot) Strong knowledge of various campaign tracking and data management tools (e.g.
