Here are the tasks and responsibilities :Act as a resource person and answer questions and process requests for information on a daily basisCoordinate and participate in employee onboarding and offboardingMaintain company HRIS system, organization charts and the employee directory Lead the complete recruitment process (job posting, resume screening, interviews, offer)Assist with Visa application processes as needed, liaising with employees and Immigration Lawyers.Collaborate on various special projects related to human resources management such as employee evaluations, employee handbook, employer’s brand, salary equity, integration processes, employee training (1% law), learning & development, Health, Wellness & Safety in the Workplace, employment relations, compensation, etc.Payroll knowledgePerform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefits information to employeesParticipate and coordinate various events such as social activities, meetings, and corporate eventsDevelop and support company cultural effortsAdministrative support to upper management and other office management tasks such as travel arrangements, office supply purchasing, and other related tasksWHAT ABOUT YOU?If you recognize yourself in the following, we DEFINITELY want you on our team!Minimum of 3 years experience in Human ResourcesExperience with payroll processing Knowledge of Canadian Laws and Regulations (primarily Quebec and Ontario)Experience with benefits administration and renewal processExperience with international hiringAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong organizational and planning skills and enjoy finding solutions to solve issues Initiative, the ability to understand other people’s needs and a positive attitude Strong sense of diplomacy, confidentiality, and integrity Bilingual, excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French) Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel advanced skills highly preferredWHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE US !Our Montreal office is located in the effervescent St-Henri neighbourhood.
