Registered Nurse – General Duty (Medical)

– GENERAL DUTY (MEDICAL) Community :KAMLOOPS Facility :ROYAL INLAND HOSPITAL Status :PERMANENT FULL TIME Position Summary If you have experience in acute medical nursing and you are a reliable, flexible and motivated registered nurse, we are currently seeking a permanent full time RN to join our busy 5S unit at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, B.C.

5S is a 20-bed General Medical floor with a team nursing mix of RN’s and LPN’s.

This floor works with a Hospitalist, Respirologists, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Gastroenterology and General surgeons.

We work collaboratively with Transition Liasons, an OT, a PT and Social Workers.

Nurses work 12 hour days and nights as required.

Shifts of work are days and nights 07:30-19:30 and 19:30 to 07:30 hours.

As the Registered Nurse you will work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, to ensure the delivery of client-centered care by assisting individual clients and their families respond to changing health care needs.
