We’re now recruiting an exceptional Director, Partnership Development, QCto join our leadership team.

Reporting directly to the EVP, the Director, Partnership Development will help identify and ultimately secure lasting partnerships with successful dentists and dental practices in Quebec and, in doing so, will play a key role in continuing the growth trajectory of our business presence in La Belle Province.

This is a unique opportunity for a savvy, sales-oriented and BILINGUAL business development professional with at least three years of experience of consistent, demonstrable success in business development, preferably in the dental industry.

Fundamentally, the Director, Partnership Development will assume significant responsibility in the growth of this dynamic, fast-paced organization in your business development territory.

This is a versatile and challenging role that combines managing industry-specific business leads along with an active acquisition portfolio and external stakeholder relationship management.

RESPONSIBILITIES Play a lead role in sourcing, developing and implementing new strategic partnerships with Canadian dentists and dental practices.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including (but not limited to) prospective partners, accountants, lawyers, wealth managers, and other industry professionals.

Evaluate potential partnership opportunities and collaborate closely with the Corporate Development team to determine and support investment recommendations.

Active and extensive territory management in multiple jurisdictions.

Assume full responsibility for the daily acquisition pipeline for each designated territory.

Other ad hoc projects supporting the portfolio as assigned by EVP.

QUALIFICATIONS Fluency in French and English is a requirement 3+ years of relevant industry finance, with senior-level business development experience University degree with a focus on business preferred Experience in the dental industry strongly preferred, which includes deep existing relationships within the dental community Experienced in active territory management, across multiple provinces, including account development, territory planning and executing on agreed upon business goals/targets Strong Microsoft Excel skills and outstanding attention to detail Excellent communication skills, who works equally well in a team, as well as on his/her own Exceptional time management skills when faced with multiple competing priorities Someone who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines, thinking sharply on his or her feet Adept at identifying and resolving complex issues Customer service mindset with a strong business acumen Strong presentation skills, including to C-Suite Independent and driven self-starter who can hit the ground running, requiring minimal supervision A top-performing professional with a proven track record for continued success in a highly competitive industry.
