Work from home – Customer Service Representative (Incoming calls)

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Incoming calls for Canada Post’s customers!


What will you do?

Your role will be to provide phone support to assist and respond to various requests from Canada Post customers. With the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, delivery services are an essential service to Canadians, and you will have the opportunity to play a hands-on role in assisting them with their delivery status, redirected mail and general inquiries. This is a customer service-oriented position (no sales), perfect for empathetic and friendly people who enjoy helping others.

We offer:

  • Salary of $14.10/hour after training with the possibility of career progression and transfer to our commercial line of business.
  • Fully paid 20-day training (Monday to Friday);
  • An hourly premium for bilingualism and weekend shifts;

What is needed to join the team: 

  • Must be friendly, empathic and dynamic: attentive and able to build a relationship of trust with the client;
  • Experience in customer service;
  • High school diploma (secondary V);
  • Available full-time to complete training;
  • Be available to work between 30 and 40 hours per week in the following time slots:
    • Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m;
    • Saturday and Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m;
    • You wish to work these hours in fewer days per week (4 days per week), it’s possible! Do not hesitate to discuss this with our team.
  • The candidate must meet the work at home requirements* (*some eligibility criteria will be validated in the process, including sufficient internet capacity and an isolated and secure work environment).
