Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Support, MontrealThis role begins the third week of February.The primary function is queue-based service delivery.

Inbound call queue supporting small business clients in a B2B relationship.

Training will be provided.Completion of a post-secondary program, undergraduate degree in any discipline, college diploma in business, IT, HR, Finance, Economics or Accounting.Must be available to work Fulltime, Monday to Friday, anytime between 8am-5pm EST (will be an 8 hour day, shift start/end times are staggered)Experience with customer service in complex environments, ideally call centers, financial institutions, payroll/HR industry, professional services, or corporate settings.Candidates who are problem solvers, have an aptitude for work complexity, and an ability to adapt and learn in a complex environment will succeed.
