Customer Service Specialist (bilingual)

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to Canada’s leading residential telecommunications provider’s clientele. It’s the ideal position for someone with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to provide clear and accurate information.


Here’s what your day will look like


Our Customer Service Specialists assist customers in a variety of ways depending on our lines of business. Whether it’s providing information regarding a request, finding solutions to their problems, or offering your help in a particular situation, your friendly personality will certainly brighten their day! On a daily basis, you may make inbound or outbound calls depending on the nature of the position you will hold. 

Here’s what you need to join the team:

  • Bilingualism (French and English), oral and written;
  • High school diploma, or the equivalent, completed;
  • Typing speed of 30 words/minute, a great asset for some positions;
  • Excellent communication skills – You can express yourself clearly and concisely;
  • Ability to multi-task in a computerized environment;
  • Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others – customer service and problem-solving are your strengths!

Finally, a flexible schedule is essential. We must be able to serve customers when they need us (day, evening, or weekends) – that’s what customer service is all about!

What we offer:

  • Hourly wage up to $16.25/hour after training (salary will be discussed at the initial interview depending on the position);
  • Bilingual premium (for bilingual business lines only);
  • Hourly premium for evening and weekend work;
