WHAT YOU’LL DO
As part of our Mobility Loyalty team, you’ll use your relationship-building skills to provide top-level service, analysis and problem solving to our customers. Maybe they feel their bill is too high – so you’ll breakdown their charges and see what options are available. You’ll work with them to develop a personalized plan that suits their needs. Or maybe it’s straight-up customer satisfaction – they’re not happy. So you figure out the root cause behind what’s upsetting them and do everything in your power to fix it.
As a Loyalty Representative:
Sounds interesting! So how much will you earn? This position is paid $17.25/hour after training plus performance-based incentives and a weekend work premium.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’ll have a genuine desire to help others – customer service is your strength. You’re great at paying attention to the little details of a situation, and solving problems is something you enjoy. You’re a solid multitasker, and you’re confident in your ability to accurately process transactions.
