Customer Service Representative – Inbound calls

Nordia

This is a Contract position in Nanaimo, BC posted October 30, 2020.

At Nordia, people are the heart of our success! We are people helping people. Our loyalty teams interact with Canada’s leading telecommunications customers. We’re listeners. We’re problem solvers. We want to help. Our main purpose? Keeping that ongoing relationship with our customers by providing great service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of our Mobility Loyalty team, you’ll use your relationship-building skills to provide top-level service, analysis and problem solving to our customers. Maybe they feel their bill is too high – so you’ll breakdown their charges and see what options are available. You’ll work with them to develop a personalized plan that suits their needs. Or maybe it’s straight-up customer satisfaction – they’re not happy. So you figure out the root cause behind what’s upsetting them and do everything in your power to fix it.

As a Loyalty Representative:

  • You’re our last line of defence – you do everything you can to keep our customers happy!
  • You fix problems – you anticipate your customer’s needs and explore all possible options.
  • You break it down – you clearly explain why what you’re offering is the best solution.

Sounds interesting! So how much will you earn? This position is paid $17.25/hour after training plus performance-based incentives and a weekend work premium.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll have a genuine desire to help others – customer service is your strength. You’re great at paying attention to the little details of a situation, and solving problems is something you enjoy. You’re a solid multitasker, and you’re confident in your ability to accurately process transactions.

You’ll for sure need:

  • A flexible schedule that allows you to work days, nights, and weekends.
  • Friendly, empathetic personality with the ability to listen.

But if you’ve got this too that’s fantastic:

  • Previous experience in a customer service/sales environment
  • A general comfortableness with computers and new software.

WHAT WE DO

Nordia isn’t your average call centre – it’s positive and upbeat, with lots of fun and endless support!. We pride ourselves on providing a fun and friendly environment, competitive hourly rate, great benefits (including group insurance), flexible scheduling, and generous paid time off. Our next group is scheduled to start on November 9
