Missions Processing settlement activity for Money Market, Interest Rate, Credit, FX and Equity Derivative trading activity, includingreconciliation and break clearance Ensure all aspects of OTC Derivative trade settlement affirmation are carried out in a timely and efficient manner Ensure that the affirmation process is performed for unmatched deals, including the chasing of confirmations fromcounterparties as required via email and phone Ensure that all relevant payment messages are authorized and released before the currency cut-off time Ensure that all payment messages are generated successfully Maintain and exchange static data and settlement instructions for Counterparts and Clients Promptly identify, track and settle all outgoing and incoming payments Perform fail management and break resolution related to OTC Derivative cash settlements Provide top class customer service as it relates to client’s requests, responding to client needs and queries in an efficientmanner while participating in customer services initiatives Investigate queries and activities across the different product groups by extracting data from various systems & liaisingwith Middle Office Ensure that policies, procedures, best practices, mission and objectives set by management are adhered to on dailybasis Follow-up to ensure amendments are done Identify root causes for the discrepancies and make suggestions to implement a permanent fixProfil Estimates the risks or opportunities of own actions and initiatives Shows willingness to try new ways of doing things Applies procedures and guidelines to ensure client is appropriately served Contributes positively to team processes and tasksSpecifc Context 3+ years of experience supporting settlement functions related to OTC Derivatives Comprehensive knowledge of operational risk principles and procedures Ability to transform large amounts of data and information into short and concise communication with sound businessconclusions and recommendations Strong ability to work in a collaborative environment and to present results to both expert and non-expert audiences Builds productive relationships with other internal and external parties Work hours are based on US CalendarEducational Requirements:Bachelor’s DegreeEnvironnement-
