One of our major banking clients is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Wire Transfer) Length: Contract term is 9 months with a strong possibility of extension or permanent employment Location: Montreal, QC Role Mandate: This team is responsible for processing wire transfer payments for US clients under Bank Harris.

Candidate Value Proposition (CVP): This role offers remote working capability, with the exception of onsite training.

The team (35 members) provides a consistent and supportive culture.

Despite the team working remotely, colleagues maintain regular, day-to-day communication with one another.

Role Responsibilities Include:
– Fielding 20 calls/day from clients regarding wire transfer payments
– Processing wire transfers in a timely and effective manner (300/day), encompassing 90% of their daily activities
– Repairing wire transfers to ensure quick processing with minimal error
– Communicate with internal team members to solve ad hoc requests
– Deliver excellent customer service via responsive, accurate and knowledgeable communications and swift action Must-Have Skills:
– Strong Data entry skills, both in speed and accuracy
– Strong MS Office skills
– Outlook, Word, Excel
– Excellent phone etiquette
– Strong communication skills, oral and written
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organize one’s schedule effectively
– Collaborative personality Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Experience processing wire transfers
